I don't blame people if they don't believe her but I don't think its out of the realm of possibility that Wade was there for emotional support despite their relationship ending. Your daughter being arrested can be stressful and it can help to have someone there you know even if you're not as close then as you used to be.

But either way screw this lady for fumbling such an important case for such a trivial reason. Can't expect people to give her the benefit of the doubt in light of that.

Judge just threw out 3 more charges. One conspiracy charge and two submitting false documents charges

Dunno why it took the judge this long to determine that these charges don’t fall under jurisdiction
