Lewis by GnP. Seems kind of obvious. Surprised no one else said it yet.
Tai knocks out black beast bad, but Lewis will clinch and use his size and experience to mitigate the speed advantage of tai. I would be so happy if tai stiffens him.
I love Derrick, but the division is so stale even a fluke win by an up and comer would be better for the division at this point…

Tai will do his next shoey out of a straw.

War Black Beast!

Bro people had Greg hardy over tai aswell. Heavyweight predictions always make me baffled
Was that really a thing? Lol. Not gonna lie, I kind of lost faith in him when he got caught in that fight, but in the Sakai performance he was a completely different fighter.

Good night Tuivasa. Prefect matchup for Lewis to get another HL KO. It's nice to see Lewis finally getting an easy matchup again. He has been fighting killers.

Hardy is quick for a big guy, he caught him in pretty much the first exchange. I think tai probably underestimated him. Was kind of expecting hardy to try to point fight like he did with volkov. Got stunned, but then Greg pushed into tais bread and butter, and tai likes his bread and butter.

And yeah man I was like tais heads too hard, I see him knocking Greg out and kind of got mocked for it hahaha, trying to make my prediction a little louder this time. People still sleeping on bam bam. His ground game is probably not very good, but his speed is amazing for a heavy weight. Soon to be mark hunt 2.0 imo.

Well, it was a nice run while it lasted for Tuivasa. He should show up to the octagon in a pair of pajamas in preparation for his upcoming sleep.

Jairzinho was the logical next step for Tai, a step he almost certainly would not have passed, not sure why the UFC is putting him in this spot.

Tai should probably not even be ranked let alone fighting the #3 HW. Tai has losses to Blagoy Ivanov (#15) and Serghei Spivac (who was #15 when Tai fought on 12/11).

Meanwhile undefeated and still unranked Alexander Romanov (15-0) is fighting his fifth consecutive unranked opponent a week after this event takes place.
UFC knows that Tai would get fucked by any decent wrestler and the UFC hates wrestlers in general, hence the matchmaking and also the fact Romanov is still unranked.

Tai got rocked hard by Greg Hardy, if it would been Lewis he would have lost that fight. So i'm going to go with Lewis winning this.

Exactly the big fight this card was missing. Letsgo

I called it with hardy and I’ll call it again with lewis.

Do NOT engage in the pocket with this man. Black beast has power, but tuivasa has speed and native genetics.

Unless black beast starts targeting the body, he’s going to wake up on his back, curious to what hit him.

seriously people are sleeping on tai because he’s laid back. I live in Australia, his type are legit scrappers. black beast has the power to put him away, but not without eating one himself and not by head hunting.

tai via ko 2nd round (if black beast clinches him)
1st round if not
Kiwi here, us anzacs know better than to cross an islander Haha

Oh well their building a a contender up slowly without even knowing it. Guy will be ready for prime time by the time he gets there.

Naturally the UFC wants one of their most popular fighters from the Western Pacific region on the card where Izzy fights.

Tai did not though need to be booked on the card against the #3 ranked HW. These types of matchups might be amusing to 15-year-old fans but what they do in reality is paint the division as a circus act when its not.

A little over a year ago Tai was fighting for his job, because he was losing to fighters like Sergey Spivak, who Tai ironically pushed out of the rankings when he beat Sakai.

If the UFC is going to treat the division like a circus act they shouldn't expect the fans to do anything different.
