Btw to be under Danish jurisdiction if you will have criminal case IMHO might be more lucrative than under U.S.
☆ damn a lot of appeals options if lawyer isn't dumb.... and if you weren't dumb when talked with policemans and investigators...
☆ huge emphasis that burden of proofs for accusations are on persecutor's office and you aren't required to prove that you aren't guilty.
° a lot of options to question proofs and evidences, even options to get case re investigated ... and appeals options etc...
Prisons in general are more comfortable than U.S prisons.
Options to beg release earlier before term ended are ...damn cool.
Ofc ... not for all offenders...depends from paragraphs and were there 1 or 2 or xx crime episodes..... planned with intent or no... history of previous crimes and administrative fines too are taken in account, yes/ no.
Plus reintegration in society support after prison : consultations with social worker, psychologists, job office specialists...
They even teach how to wrote CV and motivation letters...
