Biden was a moderate, but he did make some outreach to the far-left flank of the party. Then Harris also ran as a moderate and made a lot of effort to reach out to Republicans disgusted with Trump, which severely pissed off a lot of leftists.

But I don't think there's anything particularly valuable about *ideological* moderation for its own sake. I think temperamental moderation and conservatism in the sense of being skeptical about radically changing what's working is much more needed. And then when it comes to ideology, we want people willing to follow reality where it leads, regardless of whether that means deregulating housing, cutting deficits (partly by raising taxes), making more of an effort to transition to green energy, or anything else.

The Democrats lost to the worst president in history twice. I think they share the blame for that.

You're absolutely wrong about this. It is a direct tax on us because they know when they make the tariffs that we are the ones who pay them, not the producer....

There isn't any debate on this topic. We know what tariffs do and we know who pays tariffs.

I just pointed out that the lion's share of the blame goes to people who donated to his campaign, campaigned for him, voted for him, etc., rather than the people who opposed him.
