He will smash HW's for the simple reason that he is far more technical and will have the better cardio.

I'm confident it will happen. More so than GSP anyway... IMO Jones will take the fight if Anderson accepts and they ask him. And although Dana has been misleading at time, there has been good reason to believe Anderson is welcoming it in the near future.

Anderson's timing will be too much for him. I think Chael's wrestling success was mostly to due with his raw aggression, and not using combos/timing. If it comes down to a battle of reflex/timing I have Anderson finishing him.

LHW was a joke, all of these "pride legends"(Shogun, Rampage) are very one dimensional and are getting beat by other fighters too.
The only guys well rounded were Rashad and Machida but both lack a chin.

I think Overeem has a decent chance, but his a little stiffer than people want to admit.

Overeem has a puncher's chance, thats it. He is outmatched everywhere striking, wrestling,subs and cardio. Jones would methodically punish him until he gives up.

Cromier will handle/negate Jones' speed advantage, and catch Jones followed by a tko from GnP if they meet.

Don't be silly, Cormier is fast for a hw but Jones is one of the fastest LHW's. Jones reach and TDD won't hurt him either.

I agree, Jones does want to beat guys like Cain and JDS while they're still in their PRIMES. Hence the talk about moving up to HW soon.

I think its common knowledge that all of Jones' past opponents were either overrated, out of their prime or injured

Not trolling, I believe it completely... as for being a nut-hugger, I'm not really a true fan only because he's so good, I see endless talent and potential as we all should but I think he's boring because he's so good and dominant over all my favourite fighters... I like watching Jones fight but I just wish he was fighting someone on his level.

I hope Jones meets someone to fight him at HW because it's not happening at LHW... maybe Hendo can pull a hay-maker out of his ass but I doubt it... A.Silva is the only one who has a chance.

I agree with you that jones has a speed and cardio advantage, but you underestimate AO's tdd, sub defense as well as his sub offense. Is it better? I'm on the fence, but don't be so naive in quickly brushing it aside.

DC is quick. Period. He hits hard, has a good chin, has very good fight IQ, stronger, with better wrestling than jones. This doesn't bode well.

Jones is a different animal for sure, i could see him dominating most HWs. I don't even like jones but guys saying he'l have problems with mediocre HWs like Browne are just delusional. Size matters but its not THAT big a difference. Jones has too many advantages to have trouble with guys like browne, struve, mitrione. The top HWs are a different matter though.

I think Cain will be the hardest for him to deal with. Can he take cain down, or keep him down? Can he keep up with his pace on the feet or hurt him enough to finish him? I doubt it. Cormier is the same, in fact he will probably take Jones down early. And JDS/Overeem will be very dangerous on the feet
