Noobish but legitmate question here.......

When I lift, I go reallllly facking hard every other day. But I've noticed that I haven't really gotten bigger or have managed to keep muscle on, yet I still keep getting stronger. I've been lifting for the last 2 years seriously and yet I'm not getting alot of definition. Whahappened? Genetics?
 
The thing is we don't know your diet, your routine and rep scheme....................
 
You can gain strength without gaining any weight due to increased efficiency of the CNS. If you're not gaining ANY muscle mass than you're not eating enough!
