Decent headphones for cauliflower ear?

The in ear things just won't fit or stay in place, and if they're are wireless bluetooth joints you are going to be pissed at yourself. The ones that cover your ear are a little clunky but meh. Whatryagonnadoo

Hifiman have giante cups that give your ears plenty of room, but they are expensive. I guess you can get the Ananda model for 700.

Do you hate all earbuds, like you dislike something being IN your ear instead of OVER it? Because these have been the best $20 I have spent.

I have nice Sony studio can type headphones, good quality, but can only wear them for 30-40 minutes at a time before it bothers my upper ear (the part with all the cartilage) and I don't even have cauliflower ear. These cheap Bluetooth headphones get worn half my work day, mowing the yard, workouts, and I almost forget they are there. Get a few hours or more off a charge too.
