Missed a couple workouts. Friday I got a decent workout in. Been feeling beat up and drained and my shoulder is hurting, so I switched things up and did some machine stuff at the gym. Sunday I tried to get some lifting in. I benched with the neutral Grip bar and it was OK, then I went to deadlift. Interestingly, the deadlift has been the one lift I haven't had any issues with so far (probably because I was so weak to start with it that I'm still not anywhere near heavy). On my first warmup set, third rep with 135, I pulled or tweaked or something the muscle on the like the side of my but and hip and lower back. Oh fuck it didn't feel good. So I bagged it. Hurt all day. Still hurt all day yesterday so I took a night off from BJJ.

King of the Shitty Position - Turtle, Bottom Side Control, Caught in Triangle (10 minutes each), 170 and up group

ABC - Shark tank (3 minutes 3 minutes) from guard of choice (half).
2 X 2-minute sub only rounds (both with black belts, FUCK!) so two sets of burpees after I got subbed in both

Had to up the training max. I ran #29 with a TM for bench and squat of 415. That was just too light. I felt I lost some muscle the past couple weeks too. That run of #29 was super easy. Most of my strength is back from the pec and quad injury. Work sets of 330 for triples simply isnt enough weight. Even this was pretty easy. Probably could have got away with a 450 training max.
