Missed a couple workouts. Friday I got a decent workout in. Been feeling beat up and drained and my shoulder is hurting, so I switched things up and did some machine stuff at the gym. Sunday I tried to get some lifting in. I benched with the neutral Grip bar and it was OK, then I went to deadlift. Interestingly, the deadlift has been the one lift I haven't had any issues with so far (probably because I was so weak to start with it that I'm still not anywhere near heavy). On my first warmup set, third rep with 135, I pulled or tweaked or something the muscle on the like the side of my but and hip and lower back. Oh fuck it didn't feel good. So I bagged it. Hurt all day. Still hurt all day yesterday so I took a night off from BJJ.
