"I’m getting into this so I can face Brock,” Mir told the crowd in Jersey City, New Jersey (transcript via MMA Mania). “I couldn’t make him the first Octagon-related death, but maybe I can make him the first one in the ring.”

Mir won his pro wrestling debut, submitting Severn with a heel hook. In his post-victory speech, he issued a callout of fellow UFC veteran Brock Lesnar, whose first claim to fame is as a WWE star.

In this speech, Frank Mir referenced an infamous comment he made previously, in which he expressed his desire to kill Brock Lesnar in the Octagon.
