Notes: The singles with 120 were all good pauses! This is a huge PR for me and I would love to hit this in a meet.

I was super happy after training but then got pulled over for not stopping for a pedestrian. I cried and begged not for a ticket. Still got one. Fuck the POlice.
 

Well, seriously, it was ridiculous. I was going the speed limit and there was a college student standing on the other side of the road. I saw the cop first and then the guy, who wasn't in the road at all or trying to cross. I kept driving and at the last minute realized I should have stopped. He told me I could have killed the guy. C'monnnnnn

CONGRATS on the PR! That 120 mark is huge for some reason for us females. I tried for one like 3-4 weeks ago and failed. Way to go, that's huge!

Thanks, it has been my sticking point for a long time. I actually got it about a year ago but it's taken me a long time to get past it.

Thanks! I'm competing in the bikini division. There are so many different types of divisions for women (bikini, figure, fitness, physique, bodybuilding) and this is the only one that I think I have a shot at placing in. Figure is the next division, and they generally look for pretty low body fat and lots of muscle. It's my ultimate goal to do well in figure someday.

Yeah, I remember that there aren't that many divisions for men. Though I have absolutely no idea how many there are :icon_lol:. Good luck for your too! I see no reason why you wouldn't be able to achieve it.

Thanks. There are still a lot of divisions for men. Some of them are really silly. Also, I've looked at past results of other NPC bikini shows and there is some tough competition. I'll try to do my best!

Notes: Benching was a hot mess today but I hit a lot of PRs. My previous PR was 115 x 3. I matched that a few times today and then smashed 5! I felt really inconsistent today.
