How about a rep contest with a twist?
Bodyweight deadlift repetition comp, but this time your allowed to bounce.
The rules
The bar can't sit on the floor for more than a second or so, touch and go.
You can take as long as you like, but can only "rest" when the bar is lifted. No hitching.
No mix'd grip. Either palms up or palms down.
The winner is the one with most reps. Maybe some extra to the guy/gal who takes the longest.
How about it? I belive that it will be murder, at least for the grip.
heh when i was initially reading this i thought you were trying to suggest repping deadlifts... while twisting.
