Politics is completely unpredictable.
So I'm not not saying yes and I'm not saying no.
But add the likely candidates to win the nomination to the 'wokeness 2024' highlight video, and now the DNC chairman clips.... I'm very curious what possible darkhorses the Democrats could have that may have the political charisma to gain momentum in a race for a nomination and then be competitive in the 2028 general against JD Vance.

Vance had low poll numbers when he was first announced to be Trump's VP pick, but they've progressively been rising, he easily won the VP debate while coming off likeable and competent, and he's had many positive viral moments dealing with hostile interviewers. If he hasn't made any major mistakes yet chances are as the public keeps getting to know him they're going to like him.

And there's been questions if die-hard Trumpsters would vote for any Republicans after Trump leaves office. I'd bet Vance, as the VP of a very successful 2nd Trump term, will gain their confidence to vote for him.
