If true it's probably Till himself having something to do with that decision. His confidence and mental state as a fighter are probably at an all time low. He plays feels that he's at a cross road.

Man, Bellator has some good champs, huh? The LW, WW, MW, and LHW all look great. I don't think I've ever seen such good champions all at once outside of the ufc.

Yup. Something he's been thinking about for a while. He actually requested his release before the DDP fight but was convinced to put it off. He said so a while back on Bisping's podcast.

Sounds like he requested to be released so he can do a Conor style bulk without worry ten come back
 
I’d be surprised if he went to Bellator. They aren’t necessarily generating views, but their champions have reached a new peak for the promotion and comparisons to the UFC are more realistic than in years prior. The fact that Till also wants to return makes it unlikely Bellator would sign him just to build him up and ship him back to the UFC. I expect a PFL run, although he might flame out entirely if he fails as that format is brutal.
 
PFL doesn't have a MW division anymore for some bizarre reason, so he I doubt he'd sign with them.
 
How long have I've been telling everyone that Till isn't ufc caliber ( especially to ufc press clippings of him ). He couldn't win at welter and when brunny just had his way with him , I could only just SMH

He is very obviously UFC caliber.
