Darrell Issa labeled as a Racist

Ah jack, the liberal "final boss". yes or no answer please, is Darrel Issa a racist for being rude to Cummings?

I'm not a mind reader. I gave my take in the post you are responding to. Didn't you read it?

Not 100% sure a racist from the actions but 100% ahole from the actions and lol at final boss smh

yes, I did. however, your answer seemed a bit vague, if you are implying that you don't think he would have done it to a white man then I am guessing that you believe Darrel isaa is racist. I just wanted to see if you said "yes"

Why do you think the guy in the video wouldn't answer a simple yes or no question, do you think I am right in that he doesn't even believe it himself and is just trying to tow the party line?

yeah, no doubt he was rude, Isaa is definitely a dick, not sure about a racist though. that's one hell of a leap to make.

yes, I did. however, your answer seemed a bit vague,

Huh? How could I have been more clear? This is what I said:

"My take is that Issa's action was extremely disrespectful, and it's certainly reasonable to wonder if he would have done the same thing to a white Congressman."

Can you explain what you didn't understand there?

if you are implying that you don't think he would have done it to a white man then I am guessing that you believe Darrel isaa is racist. I just wanted to see if you said "yes"

I'm not implying anything. I very clearly said that it is reasonable to wonder. That's a statement that I don't know but that it's possible. How could I know the answer to something like that?

It's not a simple yes or no question. To answer either yes or no would require having access to Issa's unexpressed thoughts. No one but Issa knows with certainty what the answer is unless he's expressed things privately to others that would settle it.

Also, FYI, the expression is "toe the line."

Oh look. Jack v savage in the middle of yet another race thread, keeping the race pot stirred.

They used to be called radicals.

It's been obvious for quite some time liberals will pull out the race card at every given opportunity that serves their agenda! They don't give two sh1ts if it sets race relations back in this country, they don't care they're outright lying, they are only concerned about moving the ball in their direction in the political game of football!

Anyone with a working brain can easily identify this had absolutely nothing to do with racism or the color of Elijah Cummings skin. Now I don't necessarily agree with Issa's behavior however I can definitely understand his extreme frustration with the dog and pony show Lois Learner and her supporting cast of liberal friends put on on the tax payers dime.

I am very supportive of ones right to plead the 5th but when you work for the people of the United States and the federal government can't even get a hold of the email records from the IRS servers in order to conduct a thorough investigation its absolutely ridiculous! If Lois Lerner and the other who are involved did nothing wrong you would think they would be a lot more cooperative in order to clear their names!!

As for the pin head guest on the Hannity Show, Hannity should have just immediately cut the segment off when the guest refused to answer the question. You don't get to go on someones show just to hijack the airtime to spew any propaganda of your choosing!

Sorry, pops, but the days when opposition to racism was called "radicalism" are not coming back.

Again you cant answer the question, maybe its because you don't know?, I mean, how could you know if he was a racist or not when he hasn't displayed any racist viewpoints. and eff why eye (:icon_neut), its "for your information", you are not sending text messages on a phone, you wont be charged extra for using full words :icon_neut

jesse jackson is the ultimate wolf in sheep's clothing.

Not all liberals but much like when liberals talk about gun control the Republicans responses is you see they want to take your guns away. No mention that they get to keep their guns . It goes both ways and majority of liberals are not calling Issa a racist just a privileged jerk. It was a d*ck move by Issa and extremely unprofessional but not because he is some kind of racists. Fox will find the people who will serve their purpose and paint it like its classic Democrat response.

Cummings accepted Issa apology and he did not cry Darrell you racist jerk. Both parties play their games and the adults do what they can to cool down the situation.

This reminds me of something else. apparently having voters have a valid ID at the polling booth is also "racist". what a joke :icon_neut

Right. I don't know whether he is or he isn't. What we know is that he behaved in an outrageously disrespectful manner to a colleague who was black. Maybe he's just a dick to everyone, but it's not unreasonable for someone to wonder if there's anything more to it. This demand that people dishonestly express certainty on a subject that they cannot possibly be certain on is just one of Hannity's little propaganda techniques, and you're falling for it.

Its not racist but it limits voters rights so it limits their ability to go to vote. Its just to move the goal posts for voters in key states where democrats have been making gains. Florida, Texas, Ohio, North Carolina and Pennsylvania all states that democrats have been making gains. Funny how that works is it not LOL? Of course people like everyone will do and fix their voting issues just more red tape to screw with the process.

And why is it that when asked a simple question about these accusations, liberals refuse to answer simple questions. It makes them look corrupt and quite frankly, legitimate pieces of shit human beings. Just look at this guy REFUSE to answer a simple question.

My Father gave me a valuable bit of advice when I was a little boy:

"Son, you can always tell if someone is a Democrat, they won't answer a straight question."

But don't you think that it leaves voting more open to abuse?, jay leno done a classic bit on this last year, "we are no longer allowed to call them illegal immigrants, they should now be called undocumented democrats" or something simular :icon_lol:

haha that's great, and true

Darrell is not a racist I am pretty sure he is just a rich entitled jerk who has been at odds with Democrats who sit on committees. He has been a huge jerk for sometime when dealing with the other party. Darrell is the richest congressman with a net worth of over 300 million dollars. He founded a security company and made millions with it. He comes off in his appearances on Bill Maher show as a rich ahole he treats anyone who's net worth is not in the tens of millions that they are not worthy. Its not just minorities anyone who does not have big money he looks down on.

Damn, a lot of serious ugliness in this thread.

That's what it looks like when everyone sees things differently than you. And what you are doing is trolling the thread.

Your views on this topic are way out on the fringe. For a reason.

It's possible. Again, I don't know how anyone can claim to know either way. It does remind of something a friend said after reading about charges against Denny's being racist. "They probably got the same service everyone else got, but they thought it was because they were black. If I had some reason to think that they had something against me personally, I would." It's not unreasonable for someone to think that Issa's disrespect was related to race, but maybe it wasn't.
