Television DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN (Premieres March 4, 2025)

Man...maybe they should have delayed this show and released both the first two seasons together as a long thirteen episode season with one hour episodes. Feels like they could have covered the first seven epsiodes in just three or four episodes.

I thought the Muse actor did a pretty darn good job of portraying a mouth breathing psychopath

I was disappointed they Nerfed the fuck out of him, though. Muse in the comics has Super strength and speed. Daredevil can barely lay a glove on him. Muse kills heavily armed NYPD cops and Inhuman prison guards without breaking a sweat. Here, he's just a loser who parents couldn't even choose a cool Martial Art to force him to train in.

If they'd chosen BJJ, Matt would have had real problems. ;)

It was nice to see Gandolfini channel his inner Tony Soprano and make BB an offer she couldn't refuse.

Buck's got some skills. Given his accent, I'm guessing Wesley 2.0 did a tour with the British Military and/or Intelligence Services.

That should have annoyed me, but maybe it didn't because they committed I guess. I also like in the fights, especially the second, where Muse tries to throw shit and Matt basically swats it away. At one point Muse goes to throw a spinning kick and Matt counters, and I felt like it at least showed someone with training I guess vs the Real Deal that is Daredevil

"Thank you, Buck." Without looking up
I laughed

In the first fight, Muse throws a spin-kick and Matt just walks through it. They need to bring Bullseye back to give DD a real fight. Or a rematch with Fisk.

Muse was a Can.

Yeah but thing is, serial killers are. I mean they kill loads of people I guess, but when faced by a real pro the difference is extreme. Muse was a whiny baby that attacked helpless randoms. Unlike Bullseye, who is also a psycho and does that too, there's nothing real in the tank except taekwondo lessons. I can see why it's annoying to some, but my wife said it best "I'm glad they made him just a whiny bitch instead of a whiny bitch with powers."

That is a very good point, my friend. In the real world, serial killers aren't uber-geniuses like Hannibal Lecter, or unstoppable killing machines like Jason and Michael. They are cowardly, pathetic losers who prey on those weaker than themselves. At least Bullseye had Army/FBI training along with his Improbable Aiming Skills.

Your wife was right. :)

No way Matt survives this. Muse was just rusty.

I saw an article that said Buck is a comic character named Bullet.

Did Vanessa betray Kingpin or did she serve up Luca for execution on Kingpin's terms? I'd guess Buck is always hiding somewhere ready for go time while Kingpin is eating or using the toilet.

I kind of like that and since i did not know Muse from the comics, nothing was missing for me.

I like that Daredevil is fighting street level baddies and if a baddie is dangerous in other ways (serial killer, crafty) then i do not think he also has to be super powered.

Daredevil needs to take out all levels of trash.

No betrayal of Wilson, she just set him up to get hit.

She wants that brown butter sole to go.
