In terms of boxing having Ali over Foreman is popular because Ali beat Foreman(and he's an icon in ways Foreman isn't) so it's forgivable. Having Floyd above Foreman is infuriating. I think they were trying to mix boxing and MMA for the purposes of the list tho.
