Danda White vs. Refs

Hey Friends,

I know this is nothing new , but I saw the harsh criticism Danda White had on Mario Yamasaki. I just don't get why he hates on refs, and seems to especially hate a certain few like Yamasaki (enough to say they need to be fired). Does anybody understand why he hates on some refs?

Competing in Judo and Jiu Jitsu I always saw fellow competitors bitch and moan, scream and argue with refs. If I lost a fight it was on me, I never bitched.

Honestly don't get this question, of course it was my fault if I lost I lost, that his the honor of someone who competes. I lost, got better , and never lost to that same mistake again. Someone who competes or simply learns from their experience would know this.

Because he let a fighter take unneeded punishment. That was a one sided beatdown and should have been stopped earlier. Also... Dana being Dana. Needs something to bitch about.

I would think the refs would err on the side of caution. If a fighter is seriously injured or worst, do you they really want their mug in that frame of every news channel?

The headlines would read "Referee stands idly by as fighter A is ......"

I agree with this, especially for this fight. BUT I've seen him hate on refs for less, especially yamasaki., As Shevchenko mentioned, some want to "go out on their shield" and fight till the end

Mario deserves all the criticism he gets....

Dana deserves even more in this case for actually making this fight and either not having any clue about the gigantic gap in skill in the fight he put together, or he did have a clue and just didn't give a fuck because he sucks at his job....

Not calling fouls like eye pokes, stopping fights dangerously late, stopping fights way too early, and unwarranted stand ups are not something a fighter can do to get better at. You don't tell the fighter their mistake was getting poked in the eyes and to work on their poking defense after getting knocked out because they couldn't see.

It may not have happened to YOU but if you watch mma you'll see refs mess up sometimes. It doesn't happen every event but it does happen and it's not the fault of either fighter.

I dont see why people arent blaming her corner for this whole mess. You know you're fighter doesnt belong on there and you let her get whooped like that. Same with Junior Cain 3, the corners need to be blamed for this shit.
