Media Dana White Shows His INSANE Las Vegas Home Gym & Fridge

That’s hilarious. I had a chick bring her son with her a couple weeks ago and he couldn’t believe I had a Super Nintendo. He called it a snes, as in one word.

Yep, snes was how we referred to it back in the day.

The fact that the pure-capitalist system you seem to have a hard-on for is built upon having winners and losers seems to escape you, especially the fact that in that pure capitalist society the number of losers will always organically heavily outnumber the number of winners.
Not losers by your brainwashed definition of “lazy bums”, but simply put guys that didnt win the game because the system isnt meant for everyone to be a winner. It isnt a system built to serve everyone regardless of how disciplined they are and how hard they might work.

Good luck with your continuously disappearing middle-class. That gap between poor and rich is expanding nice and steady with no solution in sight, especially when automation starts shafting even more jobs and eventually hits occupations like truck-driving. Lets see how fast your country turns to socialism when shit starts hitting the fan.

And no before I get the typical “commie marxist scum blabla” retort, I’m not arguing for communism.
Actually, middle-class is not disappearing, it is rising, and global income inequality has gone down like never before. You don't even have to go that far back, if you compare the global living standard to lets say 1960, you will see it has skyrocketed.

Dana is the Rock fan that is awesome

Capitalism is a system of have and have nots. That doesn't mean Communism is the answer.

You can poke holes in jiu jitsu. It doesn't teach punching or kicking skill.

Does that mean you trash jiu jitsu and never learn it?

You can poke holes in capitalism by using personal anecdotes. Does that mean we should replace it?

What will you replace it with?

All of you leftists don't get to attack capitalism for free by taking pot shots.

""A legendary revolutionary and orator, Mr. Castro made significant improvements to the education and health care of his island nation," Trudeau said."

Trudeau is the leftist prime minister of Canada.

"Sandro Castro, another grandson, manages nightclubs throughout Havana and was recently seen in an Instagram video that went viral drinking a beer behind the wheel of a Mercedes Benz,"

All of you leftists don't get to fight with only one side of the argument.

You should look at both sides of the issue.

There are greedy people who will use the idea of socialism to take even more money for themselves. Some people are more equal than others.

Lol, how many people are you imagining inherited over a million bucks? There were fewer than 100,000 millionaires in 1960, and now there are like 15 million of them, so who were they inheriting all this money from?

Did the millionaires from 1960 all have 150 kids each and have enough money to leave each of them over a million dollars?

Are we counting people who live in a house that's now worth a million due to rising properties a millionaire though? They're technically millionaires, but they're not going to be living the lifestyle that you think when you think millionaire.

If they own the house or have other investments worth over a million, then yes. Most rich people have their money in assets or investments and don't just have millions in cash. I don't even think Jeff Bezos just has million in cash sitting around.

No, but he wouldn't exactly have to turn large percentage of his assets/investments into cash in order to do so. You're not really in that position if you'd have to sell your house.

This is the real Dana

Don't need those "2 things" -- cause it's all BS.

People pretending to be refined and righteous are worse than Dana showing his toys, whilst enjoying his big Vegas life.

Of course they're worse, but that's just pretend class, which is pretentious. Not talking about that...

Bro, what the fuck? The dude is as real as it gets. You can't buy that either. The fact that he cut his own mold is a good thing, not a bad.

God, to be judged by all of those beneath you. what a feeling.

Dana is as real as it gets huh? Every third thing he says is a lie, you goof.

Looks good. Hard to believe he doesn’t lift heavy the way he’s built right now. Glad the trainer he’s working with is working out for him.

Nah, all that sugar and processed carbs spikes you insulin and causes inflammation amongst other things. There is no way, even if you burn the kilojoules off, that doughnuts are ok to eat.

This is simply not true. It all depends on who is consuming and what the body needs. The higher the glycemic load the better in certain situations while lower is better in others. Carb requirements can be pretty high for some.

Guess what? The body doesn’t look at things like that anyways. It just sees food accordingly and either uses it efficiently to fuel itself or stored it as fat. It doesn’t sit there thinking “omg processed sugars” it just decides what it does with them. In a healthy individual that needs glycogen deposits restored it’s going to utilize it. If it’s just some lazy video game nerd that’s in a calorie surplus then it’s bad.

I stressed prior that “empty carbs” can have a place. A high glycemic load also can have a place. This is why I didn’t get into carbs also having a place with nutrition. I’m sorry you have such a rudimentary perspective here.

Inflammation complies through various things eating food that your body actually utilizes isn’t going to cause that. Healthy things like running actually cause inflammation.

It’s not just marathon runners and swimmers either. Go to a strongman competition, their is a scientific reason these guys are drinking bottles of honey and eating candy (processed sugar) during competition. The fastest way to replenish glycogen and refuel muscle endurance is via the highest glycemic load.

I occasionally do this but not for a year long. Do you think you hit your necessary protein intake and absorption eating once a day?

It’s easy if you do fasting. I can’t see myself eating 200-250g protein in one sitting along with my carbs etc.

Basically start a fast 12-16 hours a day (include sleeping) in it.

Capitalism = defund the police, defund the army, defund the fire department, defund highways, defund public schools.

Socialism = keep all of them

you can't counteract eating like shit just cause you work out and burn it off. it's not healthy and will fuck your insides eventually.

Holy shit. The only time sugars like doughnuts might be ok is when your blood sugar is low when you are running a marathon or something. Doughnuts are high in sugar which is usually very bad plus they contain processed carbs (very bad), vegetable oils and a bunch of other crap that is all bad. If you think high sugar foods are good or ok for you then keep at it. But you are very wrong.
