Their most popular video has 12 million views.

The only way he's getting that number is if you count the views of their YouTube channel with their social media views.

Even then I doubt that they’re getting anywhere near 1 billion views a month. Maybe 1 billion or 2 billion views overall since its inception, but not on a monthly basis.

He's counting YouTube shorts as well, those videos get a million views easily in days. But even with that, and all other social media combined, one billion is ridiculously high.
