Media Dana White Looking Swole

It’s so annoying when people repeat this tired ass trope. There is no “best doctor and trainer” factory out there. Rich people aren’t Ivan Drago being monitored by sensors hooked to their sweaty bodies. They follow the same rules as everyone else - the laws of physics. If you eat more - you gain. If you eat less - you lose. Everything else is an excuse. If you’re a poor fat piece of crap then you’ll be an even fatter piece of crap when you’re rich.

Have to disagree.

Being a millionaire and in his line of work will undoubtedly open up doors that I couldn't open.

He tells his assistant, get "fitness guru A" on the phone, I have a question and bam, it's done.

He has a personal chef and access to nearly any gym he could want and certainly access to the best equipment money can buy.

There IS in fact, "the best doctors" money can buy.

That's why there are specific surgeons repairing ACLs and doing Tommy John surgerit's.

Those mofos aren't traveling to your rinkydink city to stitch your knee up. If I blow out a knee, I get the next available surgeon available at one of the handful of facilities available to me in my town of 65k people.

Time, doctors, steroids, personal trainers, IV vitamin drip, insane amount of supplements, personal gym with every piece of equipment, stuff that you need a lot of money to afford regularly.
No, you definitely do not need those items, some of which are actually harmful.

you need your body weight to start. Once you get stronger you could benefit from a bar and some weights. You can find both used online. I just sold a half rack and barbell for $90. Weights can be dirt cheap or up to $3cad a pound. As a beginner, 100lbs + bar is probably more than you can correctly do on anything but bench. So… stop making excuses. A billionaire has many advantages over a peasant, but personal fitness is not one of them. Same goes for literacy, maths, and arts. Don’t place barriers where they do not need to be.

Do people really think this is something impressive?

Unpopular opinion: he was never on the juice until recently. He was a straight up lardass for years until like 2021 or something when he suddenly got shredded. I think he was natty until then.

That's not swole at all. In fact he looks exactly like somebody trying to weight lifts on a keto diet where you'll always have a softness/lack of pump as carbs provide those and you're not eating them.

Only difference is he has the added benefits of blasting TRT and HGH as otherwise he'd be even smaller as keto also lowers your testosterone.

Don't get me wrong he looks fine and certainly better than you'd think he looks, but most of y'all are just used to seeing 400lbs behemoths as that's the average American.

Chatri still whoops his ass.

real fighter > gym meathead on steroids

You need to chill on that weak sauce.

I am 100% on board about billionaires being enemies of the people and Dana being one of them, but you are waaaaaayyy off on this one.

The only benefit a billionaire may have in regards to fitness is time, and for Dana I honestly doubt he has more than the average hard working person. He probably had less.

Fitness is the one area where you need nothing but time and energy to invest in yourself. Yes, a nutritionist and instructor help, but there’s enough information and the information is basic enough to assist any person of reasonable ability in their fitness goals.

Personal fitness is not dependent on wealth, it is dependent on drive. It is never too late to start and is always worth it. You only disadvantage yourself by overstating money in this regard. Personal fitness is low hanging fruit!

I agree for the most part, but I would think the nutritionist chef that prepares all your food with the correct profile is by far the most important advantage. You can still get in aesthetic shape without a trainer, a trainer is more important for athletic performance.

This is with taking any chemical cocktails out of the equation of course.

As we all know, steroids are covered by insurance, and a single parent raising 2 kids has the same amount of time and resources as a multimillionaire lol.
You really think Dana has a lot of free time? Lol
The guy probably barely ever gets to see his family. Weird notion that rich people somehow spend all their time enjoying being rich, and the money just makes itself. And the average person isn't raising 2 kids by themselves, what kind of example is that lol

Maybe, but nutrition is not that complicated. 1g protein for 1 lb of body weight. Then complex carbs, water, and veggies. That is enough for the average. I power lift, with my own weights and rack, i follow a regular diet (way less strict than what I noted above, but I eat moderately enough), except I supplement with 25g of protein a day and creatine. I am pretty well built and “intermediate” in most strength measures (https://strengthlevel.com/), which is better than any if my peers (remember that I don’t go to a gym, if I did I am sure I would be… intermediate).

I’m not trying to big up Dana, I’m trying to let people know that being s billionaire is not a big boost to becoming fit and strong. Anyone can do it, and it really is has a disproportionately beneficial impact. Health wise, mentally, socially, etc. it is a real force multiplier- and that specifically without enhancements, which adversely effect the health benefits and the mental benefits.

But in the real world meal prep can be a very hard discipline, especially for a busy 50+ year old that has put on a bunch of muscle mass while remaining super low bodyfat.....In Dana's case he's also using hormones but he still has to eat a great diet to pull that off.

"Easy to look like this when you're a millionaire!!!" HAHA so many jealous, weak men on this forum...

I cant imagine Dana's workload between flying, interviews, meetings, fights, etc the dude probably works 80 hours a week minimum. For him to still find time to work out and take care of himself while travelling all over the world is truly impressive. Does he have an insane physique? Not really, but at 53 for a guy who works as hard as he does to look like he does is still admirable.

Don't forget to lick his gooch while you're down there! :)

Dana is a scumbag.
Juicehead
Wife abuser
Liar.
I miss his old teeth
