Dana White is basically manipulating Jones into doing whatever he wants by denying him access to UFC WH event

Good. This is the UFC doing something right for a change. Jon would NEVER stick his neck out for the UFC or for anyone else.

MAYBE if the UFC can get jones to agree to A HW title fight this october, then they can talk about a white house card. Until then jones can fuck right off.

If you think the WH event is happening

You are the fools who probably thought Jones was going to actually fight Tom

Jones probably doesnt give as much of a fuck about a WH fight as you think.
Sounds like something a Jon Jones fan would say

Dana is aware and knows that the only reason Jon Jones came out of retirement was for the UFC White House event. Likely in Jone's mind, it is a perfect launching pad to boost his brand and popularity.

Given Jone's screwed him over by backing out of the Aspinall fight, as well as, his many legal troubles, Dana needs to make sure that Jones can easily be controlled. And what better way of having Jone's submit to your will than by initially denying him what he wants most.

Jones likely will accept a much lower payout than what he was demanding in the Asipinall fight and he likely would agree to fight whoever Dana puts him up against. This is a win, win scenario for Dana as Jones does not have any bargaining power here. And do not be fooled by Dana denying Jones, he knows the most talked about fight right now is him vs Tom and even said that would be the dream match he would like to put in place for UFC WH event.

And... that's what makes Dana such a good pimp

It's Jon Jones vs Alex Pereira ... That's the final fight. Alex Pereira recently took a picture with Mike Tyson and Donald Trump, and Mike Tyson wrote something like "the monster of MMA " ...

Idk whatever will happen, but with the way Alex Pereira and JJ are posting on social media (Instagram), recent videos being teased and Alex posting some scripted content, he's the final boss that made JJ say "finally I found something that motivates me more than money". Alex even posted a video of him training in a fight club environment-like with the song "where's my mind" from fight club with the captions "I've conjured the last demon, only one more" the same day JJ posted "rule #1 or fight club, don't ever underestimate Jon Jones" ...

Ankalaev was insisting on calling Alex a lot and Ali was saying "it looks like Ankalaev is the challenger..." and in the same day Pereira said "no one remembers he's the champion" while holding two belts simultaneously... Alex Pereira also said something like "the fight between me and JJ is inevitable, I'd do whatever it needs to get it done" ....

😨

I can't turn down JJ vs Alex Pereira... That's the biggest fight that I'll likely ever see...

Dana can be vindictive when he wants to be. Jon fucked up playing games with Dana and leaving him with egg on his face.
Dana will never fold to a fighters demand. Not even jones or Connor. He’d rather they draw out their contract than have them dictate their choices.

It’s a good negotiation tactic to start with he’s not fighting at the White House at all.

A lot of people seem hung up on the Dana-Jon relationship, but I think that is secondary to how crazy Jon's request is.

Since when does anyone get guaranteed a title fight a year in the future when they are healthy NOW...never mind when there was an interim champ they could have fought NOW...and further, (acc. to Dana) when they already agreed to fight that interim champ but backed out, threw their own belt away, and retired??? Then factor in the likelihood of Jon just throwing the belt away AGAIN if he won.

Jon is batshit crazy if he thought the UFC would just jump on board with his delusional and entirely self-interested agenda.

The sad part is that the UFC has such little integrity that Jon probably can just sit out and this situation will be revisited next year as the event approaches. I don't doubt for a second that we may very well get Jones-Apsinall (or Jones-whoever) at the WH after all.

Shoes on the other foot if Jones really wants the Whitehouse fight. He played his hand and bailed when UFC lined up the Aspinall fight. This is one of the situation I don't care how petty they get on the return because we sat for 6 months listening to rumors it was on or off for 6 months. UFC isn't going to make the most money with Aspinall as champ, the fight will still sell if they put it together. But Jones is taking a hit in potential pay.
