Dana will hang around way too long just like some fighters do and wind up a caricature of his younger self. A rambling old rich man who continues to be further and further out of touch with society as a whole.

Dana doesn't have the personality to retire at all. He's a workaholic.
Dana will just have a stroke one day and Hunter Campbell will be UFC President or something.
and both of them live a good lifeLike Conor
Some people find purpose or passion in what they do. It becomes better than spending time with family and friends, who probably don’t share that mindset. Family and friends probably enjoy “doing nothing” with their time and lives, like sitting around talking nonsense, while the person with the passion is counting the minutes until he can go back to his passion/purpose. To some, it’s the family and friends who seem like they have a problem, like they have not found a way to do something meaningful with their lives. On one hand, I fully understand that this mindset is exactly why some people become extremely successful and, consequently, absurdly rich. In my current company, and in the one I worked at before, the owners never retired. One of them is over 80 and still active in the company, even though they are billionaires and could simply enjoy life.
On the other hand, I cannot understand how a person can have nothing they truly love in life besides their job, so much so that they cannot step back and enjoy life, spending time with family and friends. What is the purpose of life, if it’s just to die at your desk?
