Media Dana White: Andrei Arlovski should consider retirement

Why doesn't Dana take his own advice and retire.
No one likes him, and he is a cancer to the sport.

He's still better than most of the alternatives when you look at all the failed and middling North American MMA promotions that tried to make it big. Even "too big to fail" Pride died and K-1 considerably downsized. He's kind of like Vince McMahon in that he's both helped their brand of entertainment a lot but also held their brand back in other ways.

That's not his problem, it's Arlovski's and his team problem. They decide, not Dana. Dana should just pay the man for his efforts and be quiet, because it's in the contract. Ah, and offer him 3 fights per year until the end of the contract, don't forget will ya?

WAR ARLOVSKI!!

the UFC can cut anyone after a loss.

Orlovsky is on 300k contract. He is not retiring. Dana is pissed.

Shit, I didn't realize he was still fighting. I thought he retired like 5 years ago. Rough career.

I’d be fine with him retiring. He either gets finished or wins an uneventful decision.

10/10 of his most recent wins have been by decision. That has to be a record at heavyweight by a mile,

Crazy to think there were calls for him to retire over a decade ago already. Back when he went on a 4 fight losing streak which included 3 first round KOs. Would never have expected him to still be around.

He is basically getting by fighting inexperienced no hopers, and using his boxing skills to beat them in a sparring type match.

If Dana did not want him to have a 300k contract,he would have never given him one. He certainly wouldnt have put him on the undercard against no names for that money unless he liked him. But yeah lets just pretend that Arlovski is being victimized and that somehow Dana has no power to get rid of anyone he wants.
