Social Dan Severn & Don Frye: We Love Toxic Masculinity, America's Gotten Feminized

Lol...

I met him a few years ago while working a NAGA event. The first time I saw him was the UFC 4 PPV IN 1994. I convinced my aunt to order it for me, was super pissed as the PPV stream ended before the fight and I didn't know who won for a few years (pre-internet)... I told him about that and he cracked up, apparently he hears that from a lot of people.

you should have went to blockbuster. Or your tiny local vhs store. They were pretty quick on getting the vhss out.

Frye sounds dumb as fuck and like he has throat cancer..he looks aged like shit too

What’s the ntt thing?

It's an acronym for "not that there's anything wrong with that" and it's a meme people recite when they're accusing, shaming or talking about someone being gay. It's intended to be kind of playful and sarcastic but as far I'm concerned, at this point "NTTAWWT" = "Yes. Yes, there is something wrong with that."

True, I actually watched the first couple on vhs before that one.

yeah me too. It was almost impossible to watch the first two live. Well the first 7 for me. But the vhs stores were just in top form.

Ok, I’ve heard that a lot here from both side of the isle here. Sorry if I question you every now and then about such basic stuff but I find American gay culture quite interesting with all the catchy buzzwords. I’ve been posting here for years and back 12 years ago people called each other “nutthuggers” and “dick riders” witch I found funny until I learned they were taken from gay culture or probably introduced by gay posters in the heavies.

I’m a heterosexual country boy from outside the USA for the record. I just find it funny that people taboo something as natural as sexuality. I suspect a lot of idiots here to be insecure virgins or messed up in some way.

I think it's a bit of a schtick to troll the left, Dan has always come across as a good guy to me.

Yeah, it's insanely stigmatized in America and unless you live in or near a major population center, a pretty miserable existence. Unlike the vast majority of other western countries, gay rights had to be strongarmed and essentially forced on the general population. They've mostly been attained through Supreme Court rulings rather than legislation by elected representatives.

Gay marriage was legalized in the 90s here. I remember mild reactions compared to the USA. I never understood the hoopla about it. Most gay I bump into at work live by “don’t ask don’t tell” but most seems well adjusted.

As a foreigner, the USA always looked like a weird mix of 18 century religious culture and open air gang bang. Both opposite and both mainstream. Quite a unique country. I love it though even with it’s flaws.
