I never said anything about disliking or liking your comment, I'm simply responding to it. Also there is no question in my mind that I'm an idiot. It's okay though, not everyone can be a genius like you.

Hooker was jet lagged but seems he was expected at a promotional appearance. Fairly standard quid pro quo for comp expensive tickets for fight night. Other fighters have gotten spanked for skipping out on appearances. Bit harsh but nothing new for UFC. Hooker now aware and not going to do them any special favors either. UFC does reward some loyal company fighters but it depends and trade off questionable.

Why would a fighter who isn't on the card or even booked for a fight have mandatory media obligations at 7:30am?

It literally happends all the time during every single PPV, UFC flies fighters in for media, meet and greets, expos. It’s usually only a small group but UFC 317 was during international fight week, literally events throughout the week & promoting of fighters, you know a thing the haters cry about and saying he didn’t agree to it, when his name is right here among other fighters who weren’t on the card



People’s hate for the UFC has really clouded their judgements, promoting of fighters, an expo that was organized put together, time invested, fans invested, money invested and Dan Hooker just decided to sleep in.
