It's good but the placement is off.

Tattoos are something you have to go all-in on to look right. He needs to cover his whole back, not just half.

Looks unfinished like that. A piece that size would have looked better on his chest, because it would cover his entire chest.

They do. Most of them look way cooler than Hooker's though

good tat, i like it. and yeah, agree with earlier poster, at first glance it looked a bit like volkov's old one before he defaced it.
 
Decent piece. I also have a Samurai/Hannya mask as part of my sleeve.
 
That one actually looks pretty good, it does look incomplete tho.
