Watched jits class, notes for passing in gi: Be in uke full, grips at belt, stand and inch forward (running feet) creating pressure, dont fuck about but dont stress about fighting legs, keep 'deadlift' posture, knees hard up against uke torso, you're in a good pozzy here, dont stress, switch one hand to grips of uke over foot, drive leg down, slice opposite own knee through keeping hip control, need to keep 'tyrannosaurus arms', switch how you want into side, tree trunk showed his uke that once both legs are pinned and flat that you can switch your step back, get lapel grips and take bottom's back....... can possibly move to last Tuesdays no gi sitting pass against open guard from initial progression:

move to sit on and trap uke bottom leg, post hand on uke top hip, drive their knee shield away with free hand, posted hand moves to far arm under hook, other hand moves to grab uke other wrist with thumb up, stretch arm away, drive head into uke face, drive chest hard into pin, look directly down, dont expose your nape, keep grip and hook, keep driving and point backside to ceiling, step/switch hips out of their half into side control, keep pressure etc

Turkish get ups, weight on rope pull, farmers walks.
Did 5 min on 2 min off.
6 pulls, 20 hip up variation.
5 knee slice, 20 hip up variation*2.
Jump guard practice.
Did no gi class.
Side control/ arm control technique, treat down man like they're a foam roller, shoulder up far arm, can use head under hooked arm to grip at pit to make for good cross face, use forehead to pin far arm, use own close arm to drive and trap elbow, use own far arm to also trap. Lots of deets, will require rolling.
Played in/ out game again.
Had one ok roll against fellow white belt.
Braundo, cola, beef casserole.
