Damn, Cormier is not even 5'9

Don't compare people who are wearing shoes. Some people might be wearing lifts, or others might just have thicker soles or something.

Cormier compared to other fighters barefoot looks 5'11.

Cormier looks about 2 inches shorter here. They're both barefoot. He's 5'11.
 
Cormier's about Jeff Monson's height between 5'9" and 5'10",definitely shorter than Fedor.
 
There was a pic of Cormier standing next to Pettis, who is 5'9, and they were almost identical. I think he's about 5'9.5". Hendo is roughly 5'10", Fedor 5'10.5", and Cain is about 6'0 even.
 
I don't think Cormier will have much of a shot against Jones. People are throwing out names of fighters he's beaten that are way taller than he is, but neglect to state that those fighters were by in large stationary targets. Jones is not a stationary target at all. The guy may not be Anderson Silva, or Frankie Edgar but he's not gonna allow DC to stalk him down and simply do as he wants with him.

For DC to get ahold of Jones, he's gonna have to be willing to eat a multitude of shots before getting his hands on him, and Jones has shown that he can play the distance game was well as anyone without taking a lot of punishment, or getting grabbed.
 
Cormier is certainly 5'9 or a bit taller....I'm 6 even and he a bit shorter
 
ufc lies about all fighters heights.

I met Alesssio Sakara before and ufc listed him as 6'2'' and he was shorter than me and i'm 5'11''
 
Height has nothing to do with it. He's not going to beat Jones because he's not good enough. There's always luck, but not likely.

Dude... you're basing his height on comparing an old memory to a video, sounds legit.
 
Met him at 164, he was a few inches shorter than me and I'm 6'0 in shoes. He's pretty small for a LHW and definitely undersized for HW.

Seriously, after many weigh-in pics I am sure he is 5"10".
 
When I was wrestling at freestyle nationals about a month ago DC was there. I am about 6ft1, he seemed about 5ft10 or so!
