Crime Dallas Officer Kills Man in Apartment "She Thought Was Hers"

But we are suppose to believe that her situational awareness is so poor that she missed at least 12 visual points of difference.

Premeditated.
Did her "premeditation" include the supernatural prescience to know that his door would be unlocked/unlatched?

If you listen to the case it was actually pretty common in this apartment complex. Apparently they don't put the apartment # on the door but off to the side. Very weird location to put it. The defense tried to present all the people who did the same thing as Amber which only made it look worse to me because in all the situations they presented no one died.

That last sentence just makes me cry of laughter.

I wasn't aware I'd been asked any questions, but concession accepted on your implication.

After all, to accuse me of "cherry-picking" is to acknowledge that you got caught slinging a low-hanging cherry. I'm still confounded what exactly people believe was her motive for a "premeditated" murder.

A year ago You claimed that the guy liked to smoke weed and play videogames in the dark with his door unlatched.
Where did u get that info?

His friends in the building established he sometimes did this which is what lent credibility to her testimony that the door opened by applying pressure when she inserted the key. It was never established as a de facto condition, and Amber didn't know him.

Do you still believe she deliberately went to his apartment that night in order to murder him? Even after the trial? Why?

She got 10 years <Dany07>

A citizen wouldn't have gotten 10 years at all.

Police Privilege Strikes again!!!

Turns out she was very active on Pinterest, and the memes she pinned are just about what you'd expect.

Wow jury came back quick with that. Oh well it's over now.

Welp, looks like I’m avoiding downtown tonight

She robbed that guy of atleast 45 years of life, if he lived a normal live style and didn't die on an accident.

Amber is going to be 10 years in jail...She will be out at 41(if not sooner because of parole)...She will have a normal fucking live.....Her punishment is nothing.

This is fucking unfair...This bitch deserved 25 to life.....Pathetic.

....The f-ed up part is that she'll very likely get out sooner than 10 years.

Wooow, that's way less than I expected. As long as she serves the full 10, I wouldn't mind.
