Crime Dallas Officer Kills Man in Apartment "She Thought Was Hers"

Bitch, how the fuck do you walk into the wrong apartment and shoot a dude? Does she not know where she lives? Is she an ingrate? Who the fuck gave her a badge? So many unanswered questions for the shooting a guy who was eating his fucking ice cream.

If you listen to the case it was actually pretty common in this apartment complex. Apparently they don't put the apartment # on the door but off to the side. Very weird location to put it. The defense tried to present all the people who did the same thing as Amber which only made it look worse to me because in all the situations they presented no one died.

Is it weird that I dont really care about the text messages that much? I know they're fucked up but... whatever. She killed a guy.. let's sentence her on that. Not her stupid opinions.. no?

Little too late for that though

If she lived in the building, I would assume she knew the system the apartments were numbered by.

Reading the text they honestly aren't that bad IMO. In the context of everything that happened here they look bad but if someone showed me these text and it was just a coworker I knew I wouldn't think they were some sort of monster.

The facebook post IMO are worse because they just made it look like she was ready to kill someone. On top of the state presenting her with a very real alternative of standing back and calling for help. Then one of the other cops got on the stand and said they would have done exactly that. All of that together just looks horrible.

On one hand yes, on the other, it goes a long way to showing her remorse (or lack thereof) regarding the whole situation. In any case, it adds a lot more context to her crying fit, especially when you consider the lack of reaction when the verdict came in.

She came off as unrepentant, and the memes and texts bolster that assessment as a totality of her views. Wishing that he had killed her was a really weird way of trying to show remorse imo.

Yea but apparently all the floors look the same as well as the parking garage. So if your on your phone texting or playing games you can get lost easily. She parked on the wrong floor without realizing it which was also common. People even walked into other peoples apartment but once again they never killed the person just freaked out and left.

I love how you can get it totally fucking wrong about the apartment (they were in a duplex and were supposed to go to the upstairs unit), the fingerprints (the OFFICER stated that the girl and then her grandmother wrestled the gun from him, which caused the shot), and not even mention that they began the raid by throwing a flashbang into the room, but act like you're so fucking knowledgable as you get all this shit dead ass fucking wrong.

I have no consideration for garbage such as yourself. You don't deserve that much.
Here is what I remember from the last time this was brought up in the forum when the grandmother was cross-examined:
On resumption of testimony, Fishman told Ms. Jones,“You know the difference between a truth and a lie. And you know the difference between a little lie and a big lie. You know [your statement] that [Weekley] put a gun to Aiyana’s head was a big lie.”

Ms. Jones replied firmly, “No.”

Fishman then told her she didn’t know that the Medical Examiner had testified that Aiyana wasn’t shot at close range because there was no gunpowder stippling around the wound, mischaracterizing the ME’s full statement.

As VOD reported earlier, Wayne County Medical Examiner Carl Schmidt added at the conclusion of his testimony that if the gun’s muzzle was directly against Aiyana’s head, there would have been no stippling. Asst. Prosecutors Moran and Mark Hindelang raised no objection, although Moran earlier confirmed to VOD that Schmidt made the statement.

Fishman grilled Ms. Jones about her statements that Weekley showed no remorse.

“You said you could see his eyes, and that he didn’t look remorseful after he assassinated your granddaughter,” Fishman said. Ms. Jones told him that was correct, and that even though Weekley was wearing a mask she could still see his eyes.
And I don't recall ever reading that the cop testified the girl herself tried to wrest the gun from him. The jury was hung, and juries don't get verdicts wrong, do they?

My oh my. Temper temper.

Oh, is it? Please forward me the many cases of a cop killing an unarmed person in his or her own home, not one guilty of a crime or a raid, who weren't charged or convicted of any crime.

Remember, just half a dozen pages back you were on the "white girls turns on the waterworks on the stand never gets time" train. Your racism didn't conform to the reality of the world.
Bro that never happens...this is why the case was so special...we got to see the cop privilege get its ultimate test and it didn't work in this case.

However this is the exception..cop privilege helps in most cases, just not in this ridiculous case(Kind of hard to get away with murderer under these circumstances lol)

White women privilege is very real when it comes to the courts...again this is the exception.

I haven't been seeing much of this cop privilege, lately. I've been seeing story after story of cops getting arrested, of extreme scrutiny of police misconduct by elected officials, of cases into past abuse being revisited or even re-opened, and of endless grand juries, civil trials, appeals, settlement hearings, or other motions when anyone gets shot.

I honestly think she's gonna get more than 30 years. Between not rendering first aid, being back to sexting two days later, and spending her whole time on the stand talking about herself, I think she's portrayed herself less as a good person in a bad situation and more as a lunatic whose string of carelessness finally cost a life.

I see the rehabilitation > revenge angle has gone right out the window with our liberal friends lol. @panamaican

OMG she was on a mariachi band!!!!!! Dont give her anytime!!!!! She can't be racist!!!!

Yeah, but you conveniently left out the fact that the police were investigating the murder of a BLACK citizen. Therefore, you don't care about black people and Madmick does (but please disregard that his posts are being liked by avowed white supremacists). Checkmate.

That little girl probably smoked weed anyways.

Why are Amber's friends crying more than Botham's family?

Edit: this is all so obviously coached. What grown person cries over being lonely in middle school? Lol, end this shit.

Who are the "avowed white supremacists", and where did they avow this?

Right? Looks like soap opera quality crying.

Also, why all these childhood friends? They couldn't find people that met her as an adult? Maybe her partner's wife?

Wheres Mark Essex and Micah Xavier Johnson when you need them?
