The dialogue in this game is really awful, I'm quite shocked.
"I got news the size of my balls."
Fuck and cunt every other sentence.
Just seems really lazy and like an edgy teenager trying to prove he is an adult by using tons of bad language

Nah, fairly recently Division 2 was listed as no date and that comes out in a little over 6 months. Granted plans can change with like 16 months still, but I think that's a legit planned release for nowProbably just a placeholder so they can take preorders.

I thought that wasn't supposed to be til 2021A release title for the next gen consoles perhaps.

I think it's fine. The world is a rough, colorful and over the top take on cyberpunk. You saw gangs, guns for hire and an extremely stressed corporate worker whose life is probably on the line in the demo...do you want them saying please and thank you? Countless movies, albums and books contain excessive uses of profanity yet are lauded as hallmarks in their respective mediums. But when a game uses it, it gets the lazy criticism of "tryhard" or "edgy teenage."
I've seen your criticism a lot on other forums and it's always hilarious to me when people have problems with words yet don't bat an eye at the body count and gratuitous violence.

I'm not offended by bad language. If I had been I would not have any British friends (they use cunt all the time) but I am worried that so far I don't like anything about the new characters. V sounds like she is trying to be tough all the time (hopefully in the game we will see she has other sides to her) and that partner she has is annoying as hell with him constantly saying Jaina and using that stereotypical latino accent we see in every damn movie. We also need to consider that this city is clearly influenced by Japanese society so why aren't they using any words in Japanese? If you go to other countries you can see a lot of locals using bad language in English. I want to see that in this game as well as music (for example there is a karaoke building across the apartment) from other countries. If you're going to have a city influenced by foreign culture then I expect the dialogue and music choice to match that as well. Example would be firefly. So far this game seems way too American despite the setting.
omg. you actually are trigglypuff. (see riot games thread, for those who don't understand this)
Low post count and 2004 join date. How about you go find a new job so we don't have to put up with your fucking bs while you are unemployed you partisan hack
...you're complaining that i don't post more? and you think i post infrequently because i'm unemployed? yes, this IS trigglypuff logic.

looks great. but dont be in denial. the no third person option Is dumb
I was amazed and underwhelmed by the gameplay.
I saw the Yong guy at e3 come out, like he had a spiritual awakening, teary eyed, unable to grasp what he had seen, and its only that?
Okay then....
