No meaning hes a good addition to the FW division as an added experienced fighter/gatekeeper....Yes in that he absolutely robbed hioki of the win.
 
i'd like him gone personally, let bellator have him. they've already got another top 5 boring fighter in askren. except askren has a future. I do not want to see lay guido ever fight again.
 
The unending "change the judging" of the sport is what this is.. Clay smothers his opponents with take downs and does absolutely zero damage.. I'm sure some wrestlers like to watch him fight but I don't.
 
I didnt think it was that bad. Hioki is exceptional on the ground, especially from the guard, so it was hard for him to do much. I would have preferred it if maybe they were stood up or tried to keep it standing longer, but it wasn't a fight worth cutting him for. It was a vast improvement over the Maynard debacle.
 
I think he would have been cut if he hadn't been given a gift decision.
 
Yes, it could be a poison pill for Bellator. Imagine having to show that to a bunch of TNA fans every 6 weeks. Brutal.

They could bring him in for a "super fight" with Chandler and then cut him after he gets finished.

He won't be cut, but I will never pay money for another card he is on. I don't totally blame him, because it is the fucking idiot judges that give him wins in fights where he does no damage and does not threaten to finish. Unfortunately even if everyone boycotted Guida fights, I am not sure the UFC would make the connection, so not sure if it does any good.

If only he would fight someone who could keep the fight standing. ITT: A bunch of people who actually thought Hioki was a threat to Aldo despite barely beating Roop.
 
if you truly believe the UFC will cut Guida bc of this fight feel free to smack the ever loving shit out of yourself for me...
