custom winning gear.

Think about it this way. You're shelling out a lot of money, and in all likelihood, you probably won't be getting another FG2900. Might as well get one that you really want instead of the one that you just want right now. I had the same problem when ordering my 16oz gloves, so I figured i might as well just wait and get the custom one instead of grabbing the standard blue. It's so much money to spend on gloves, might as well get something extra special for a little more cost IMO

Will keep this in mind when ordering. Thanks.

Damn these all look sick!

Like the Fairtex's too, do you use any for fights or are they for bag/pads?

Nope, I just use them for training. The amateur competitions I been in they supply the gloves.

great pics, don't think I've seen the FG3000 before apart from on the Winning site

Does anyone have Steve from Rakuten's email? I've got a few questions about the gloves I want and can't find where to order them! I'm after a set of 10oz fight gloves but want them customised.

Thoughts? should I go all silver or stay with colors that contrast?

Looking good so far! Nice gloves and headgear.

Since your headgear is silver and green I'd go with a silver and green theme if you really want to look stylish. That reminds me to test my groin protector to see how well the spray paint color stays on.

Also the top can be tightened much more so the headgear rises to protect your nose more if you want.

do you use that protector for bouts too Skribble? is it lightweight enough for you?

The protector is amazing for value, I think it was only $30-$40 and I'm happy with it, goes up to the belly button, I've been hit low with no problems. I recommend it.

Thanks, let me know how that paint is coming along, I wouldn't want to pay another $400+ for winnings, I'd rather just paint the gloves and cup I have.

it feels great, do you guys think this is okay? I don't know if this is laced up correctly. I exchanged the laces for longer ones, and when I was lacing the fg 5000 back on it gave me trouble, bottom line, is this how it goes?

A little wide, but it should do ok. My Pacheco one size Facebar Headgear is laced wide like this too and I don't have any problems using it like that.

How long do Rakuten usually take to respond to emails? I've been wanting to order for a few days and heard nothing back yet.
