He's certainly not bad but do you ever see him winning the belt?

In the UFC right now I think its Jones, Cormier, Gus, Rumble and then a big gap in quality and everyone but Gus is potentially out of the division. LHW honestly looks worse that HW, they better hope Saki comes though fast or get 1-2 MW's like Rockhold to move up.

Cormier is fighting Stipe at HW and said he's retiring in March 2019 so he's done with LHW.

Rumble is retired and if he ever came back he said it would at HW.

Jones is currently banned and if he comes back he's going to HW to fight Lesnar most likely.

With the rest of the division I think Latifi is in with a chance, I mean even 10 years past his prime Shogun is still a realistic top contender with a potential chance to get a shot at the belt if Jones, DC and Rumble are gone.
