Agreed on most other than Filho having lost it in 2007. His decline was rapid but IMO didn't happen till after the first Sonnen fight.

Nah. Paulo Filho was a buzzsaw in Pride. He got dominated by Chael for 9 minutes before pulling that armbar out of nowhere.
