Please, give me your thoughts about matchups (current versions of fighters):
1) Jones vs Overeem
2) Jones vs DC
3) Jones vs Werdum
4) Jones vs Cain
5) Jones vs Rumble

Give please chances of Jones win from 100 percent and explain, please.

He beats the LHWs and loses to the HWs. He may beat Cain because he is a lot taller and longer but Werdum and Overeem would handily beat him because he isn't great against LHWs who are 6'4 plus so imagine 2 of the best HWs that size. And also style wise he is screwed against both those guys.

Need to see how he transitions to HW. LHW he would beat them more than 5 times out of 10.

Current Jones -- the one we saw against OSP -- would lose to all five.

The real question is whether Jones can improve his game in his next fight.

1) Jones vs Overeem: 15%

Reem is pretty much the worst imaginable match up for Jones. I can't see him winning in anyway. Reem hurts 'em.

2) Jones vs DC: 70%

Seen it already... I think the rematch will be closer & better than the first & i'm rooting for DC all the way but Jon is rightfully favored...

3) Jones vs Werdum: 35%

Pretty awful match up too I think. Give Jon a better chance here than vs Reem just because his striking isn't as lethal. But since Jones likes to fight his opponents styles against them, he'd end up getting subbed here.

4) Jones vs Cain: 45%

Higher percentage since Cain is similar to DC but less than 50 because he's more aggressive & powerful with his strikes. Though, Cain might not be the same as he once was... I still don't think Jon does good against most heavies.

5) Jones vs Rumble: 75%

Jon could just take him down & get the sub you'd imagine. But Rumble can KO any one. If Rumble can catch his chin before gassing.

Jones would kick Cain in the knee one time and retire him

LOL that would be strangely poetic, and people would take the call for banning oblique kicks seriously.

Jones loses to all the HW's because he punches like a girl and probably couldn't take them down often enough to win a decision. He struggles with LHW's his own height and size so guys who are far bigger and powerful than him will destroy him IMO.

There's a reason he's been talking about moving up to HW but never has done.

Overeem is the Jones of heavyweight, but bigger, stronger, with more powerful punches and strikes

No, he struggled vs ONE guy his own height and size, Gus. Big lhw's such as Vera, Bonnar, Bader he destroyed. And if you're thinking of OSP, that was a 50-45 (and first fight in 16 months) - hardly a "struggle", if less brutally dominant than in certain other fights.

He definitely struggled more vs DC than in any other fight save Gus, and DC isn't tall, doesn't have reach. So the more obvious conclusion would be to say: Jones struggles more the better the opponent is. Hardly a shocker...

Homeboy has no power for the heavies.

He's great against 205'ers.

I'd love to see Jones vs Struve.

How about Jones vs Hunt.

That's a very interesting fight... Mainly just body wise...haha.

I say 50%. Maybe a bit less the more I think about it. Hunt has already dealt with reach like that before in the Struve fight(sure, it wasn't used the same but still). & his tdd has improved a lot which is a key because you can just imagine Jones taking him down & so on... But then there's the fighting his opponents with their styles again...which would lead to Hunt KOing him I think. Unless he were to gas then just get picked a part on route to a decision loss.

1) 65% by gas tank
2) 100%
3) 40% The worst one for him
4) 85%
5) 70% He has to survive early

Its definitely an interesting matchup. Id love to see these two square off, If or when Jones moves up to HW.

I didn't read the fighters.

He would beat all of them more often than not.

I don't know if you are including Gus, jds, Cain, or werdum, but I am.
