current injuries

rule is if the pain doesn't go down considerably after 4 days see a doctor
 
Currently sore left elbow, vicious gi burn under my chin.
 
- Sprained Rib
- Mat burn on both feet
- Both Elbow joints sprained
- Calfs hurt
- Deep little cuts on knuckles (GnP Sandbags)

That's about all, I'm actually doin pretty good!!!

from wrestling: neck pains (mostly on the tendon near the traps), wrists( from doing too much power cleans) knee( suspecting future meniscal tear) , floating rib( from a tight gut rench) ( it pops everytime i do pull ups but its starting to heal).
from BJJ: three toes are broken, knee ligament pulled ( from knee bar), neck . damn but i get more injuries from wrestling.
 
Severely cracked rib, torn meniscus,dislocated finger,mat burn on my feet
 
neck is off alignment,hip of alignment slightly,tennis elbow,knee pains,shoulder bone grinds into other bone,ingroan toe nail thats all
