Its really not that bad rolling with a cup. I forget I have it on after a while. I cant believe so many people dont roll with one. Can someone please try and explain to me why you DON'T wear one? Id really like to know.

Dispite all the complaints about wearing a cup while rolling I haven't experienced any problems with it. Perhaps it is because I was getting used to wearing it from standup training.
