Just saying my user name is already a breach of rights, I'm calling the copyright cops.
 
This legal discussion is interesting. Does just crediting someone make it ok, or you need explicit permission?

For example, if I found a jpeg i liked on google, and used it in a power point, and in the power point actually put the original source of where i got the jpeg from, that should suffice no? Or do I actually have to call the guy who created the jpeg or owns the jpeg, and get explicit consent from him?
