Gigantopithecus was basically Bigfoot. I'd love to ride one.

There are certainly species that have yet to be discovered, but I doubt there's some huge deep sea dinosaurs, or Bigfoot walking around.

I think there are both of those creatures still lurking out there, yet to be discovered (officially).

The file you listened to is actually processed (or at least all the ones I've ever seen are due to the very low frequency of the original signal). And its the huge intensity that made it is so intriguing. Recent research strongly suggests that it was made by an icequake.
