Question: can any of these dirt cheap coins be mined for fun?

Is the market dumping right now? I bailed out my altcoin profit bags(Tfuel & Hbar) for now just for safekeeping. Let's wait what happens the next 24 hours

Anddd..right when I sell TFUEL when it's dumping at 18 cents, suddenly it shoots up to 19 cents..of course

Just coming to vent my frustration on Binance.us!!! Trying to register so I can buy some VET and it never lets me verify my ACH transfer!

I'm reading Binance is good but Binance.us sucks! Voyager has me on a "waiting list due to overwhelming demand". I'm think I'm out of luck for now sitting on the sidelines!

Use a VPN and just do normal Binance. Level 1 verification only.

Thing's I've heard about Cardano for a year.

"It won't get past $0.10"
"It won't stay above $0.15"
"It won't hit a dollar."
"It won't stay above a dollar."

I know it's trendy to dislike Cardano, and there's plenty of culty noobs... but they're simply building everything slow-and-steady. And there's no shame in not taking it. But ffs I cant' stand the tribalism and cult behavior of crypto nerds.

Ada went over $1 in 2017, so what are you talking about?

Polkadot did the same kind of parabolic run and has actual projects on it.

And why in the world would you not take profits if you got in at 10 cents?

Tempting not to play the markets with these big swings.
Which is why I try not to spend to much time with crypto it can get addictive.

For a HODL strategy its ok to hedge a certain percent of your holdings against the market I think to try to accumulate more if you can time it right. But of course not more than you're willing to lose.

I am hodling VET for the long-term but with the massive rate of growth and volatility I allocate a percentage of what I have as a hedge. Just traded out 50,000 tokens to USDT after the recent near 20% surge anticipating it will pull back in the next few days and will buy back more.
If it doesn't pull back in the next week or so then will probably just put it into my Algo holdings for now.

Voyager took sooo long. I think the way I did it was bought LINK on Coinbase and then transferred to Voyager instead of buying through voyager. I like Coinbases UI better, but limited in what it trades.

Definitely going to be looking into Ledgers soon.

That's actually a really good point . If I have other cryptos that I bought through Coinbase I could transfer to something like Binance.us to buy VET. I did like Voyager looks better than Binance but still wating on both. I like Coinbase good enough. Though their reporting is pretty weak.

I’m having the same issue. Kraken is giving me problems too. Meanwhile, Coinbase I was buying the same day I started my account.

Ya, Coinbase was a breeze to set up and verify my identity and my bank account. The others have all been awful so far.

Voyager approved me after about a day actually. I didn't see their email in my junk mail folder. So now I'm on Voyager. Gonna check into

VET, Polkadot, ADA, and Doge ;) -

1. I do take profits.
2. I didn't say polkadot wasn't a good buy option.
3. I said "this year" so talking about 2017 is pretty silly.

I think you just don't like ADA, which is fine. But you're also not the oracle and people who put their money into ADA over the last 2-3 years have made considerable profit.

Not only 2-3 years. I placed $500 or $600 in it a year ago. It's tripled since then

This guy has more on LINK than BTC.

Chainlink is in that weird spot right now, where FOMO might get a lot of people... but there's legit reason to think one will miss out if one does not act soonish.

It's bounced off a 20-day resistance of breakout and bouncing off a 14-day resistance mid-channel. It's also simultaneously bouncing off of a 7-day support mid-channel. So.... it comes down to philosophies of investing at this point.

I think everyone can agree that Link is bullish. It comes down to when you want to enter.
I'm in a comfortable position right, hoping that the meme lines become true and it hits 100 dollars this summer. I'll be closing the rest of my long and then I'll farm with a pretty fat stack and live off the passive income. With crypto you just win.

It's usually a good idea to bet on anything storm-front and 4chan believe in. So anything with pepe on it is a good bet, because just like the stock market, anything terrible will win.

That's why I pumped money into Ravencoin. It's a bunch of white supremacist militia libertarians who love it. So of course it goes up.
