Crunchee conditioning exercise...

Oy vey. Brutal.

I'd need to hold a weight of some kind to do that. I can never roll onto my feet from my back due to large assedness.
 
I like this...reminds me of an exercise you see a lot in boxing gyms, except usually someone is standing on the exercis(ee)'s feet and holding pads to be hit at the top of the movement.

Seems a lot harder this way.
 
lol that's pretty neat. I'll be including this in my burpee workouts from now on.
 
It's not a thunder roll(based on that video of a thunder roll).

I just found out it's called a "Deck Squat" :redface:
 
did these at jiujitsu today, they were good. did em for a minute straight.
