Social CRT (Critical Race Theory) Megathread, Vol.1

Waaaaaaaaaaah! A company comprised largely of international figures and operates as part of a JTF is conducting inclusivity training before sending thei contractors to foreign lands!

Like seriously... Get th sand out yall draws

I mean, when you think about it, Yemenis are technically white, so it makes sense that they'd teach their employees that they're "privileged". Wouldn't want them getting too comfortable and pushing back on their genocide or anything.

So... we’re segregating based on race again.

I really can’t wrap my head around the basic misunderstanding that humans are humans and our behavior is cyclical and predictable and yet people, who are much more well educated than me, seem to scratch their heads and scream at the sky and ask “why?”.

So a pretty wide swath of America is attempting to address what they perceive as an issue in racial dynamics.
Yeah by teaching racial politics and collective guilt.
Then we have a subset of the population who is insistent that said issue doesn't exist or that if said issue does exist, nothing should be done about it.
Nah, more like another larger set of people that see CRT for what it is: a ridiculous garbage theory created by bunch of race grifters to create division.

These naysayers tend to be the same subset of the population who also said there's no Covid issue and even if there a Covid issue, nothing needs to be done about it. They did this even though a pretty wide swath of the world was attempting to address what they perceived as a health issue.
Which logic fallacy does this one fall into?

Raytheon forcing left wingers to defend them from right wingers.

Why do you idiots keep using these right wing talking points about “white is bad”? My god no wonder you all are a fucking mess. Your selected news tells you everyday you are a bad person because their corporate interests do not want to see equality or are fearful of changing demographics.

I have not once hear the US tell me that I am bad. I’ve heard that the US did some shitty things in the past which should be acknowledge.

Nazi killed a lot of Jews and we should always learn from their mistakes of allowing someone like Hitler to rise to power. I can tell you that every time I hear about the Holocaust I don’t personally feel guilty or that I’m bad even though the Germans were white. The shit that happened decades ago is on our ancestors, not us.

The only way you should feel bad is if you practice racism, which it appears a number of the WR righties do.
Kinda like MSM trying to convince rural and suburban blacks that we are in daily danger from the klan.

Corporate wokeness must feel like the ultimate betrayal for Republicans. Decades of tirelessly slashing their taxes and deregulating only to get backstabbed in the culture wars, which at the end of the day is the only thing they truly believe in. Oof, talk about owned.

Ok sure. Does being shamed for your race, and being told that you have privilege that is based solely upon your race? Yeah that’s not related to taking bribes It also has nothing to do with following non discrimination laws. There isn’t a need for this. And yes it is a form of indoctrination, as employees can’t just opt out or even freely disagree. So they have to sit and take it. Meanwhile you guys fly the BLM flag. So yes, employees are being forced into this and from what the companies present, it’s clear that dissent won’t be tolerated.
Seriously you’re a shill’s shill here

Privilege is only bad if you feel bad about it. I can’t do anything about My Whiteness, nor would I want to. I just don’t see how talking about cultural and racial advantages is somehow talking about how bad a certain race or person. It’s hard to understand. I never owned a slave but certain white people did. Do I feel bad it happened? Yes, as we should all feel that way. Do I personally feel bad? No because I don’t own slaves nor do I want to.

No one I know flys the BLM flag. You all on the right are going bonkers or a fringe minority talking point. It’s much like transgender athletes. I had a long talk with a feminist liberal friend and told her my stance and how it’s not fair to biological women. She fought me tooth and nail over it. Talked about how all of this leads to true equality. Called my position bigoted, which it is but it’s not wrong. I finally got her to think differently when I told her biological females are not allowed to take testosterone as it’s illegal. So based on biology, there will never be equality in women’s sports if transgender females are allowed to compete.

Sorry about the embed code, not about to take the five minutes to figure out why it’s dragging on this site, just thought it was funny a defense contractor continues to be woke. Equality used to be a good thing but maybe I should think about it.

SCOOP: Raytheon, the nation's second-largest defense contractor, has launched a critical race theory program that encourages white employees to confront their "privilege," reject the principle of "equality," and "defund the police."

Let's review the internal documents.
— Christopher F. First there is a mountain, then there is no mountain, then there is...

Will everyone be receiving the same pay?

This should be the end of the thread right here.

Wake me up when Raytheon practices what it propagandizes and pays everyone from the CEO down to the janitor the same pay.

Never thought I'd see the day when liberals would side with a billion dollar military industrial complex corporation but I guess all it takes is some Marxist propaganda and here we are.

Nice to see. Hopefully this is just the start and all of the other big corporations include that as part of their training. It really needs to be a part of training in all police departments as well
