Crocs...

Can someone explain to me how these are better than flip flops, to the point I don't mind looking soft.

I'll stick to rainbow flip flops. Crocs are ugly as shit.. and unless they changed something about them I remember them smelling like shit when they're worn for awhile.

I'm sure they're comfortable and whatever to wear around the house but I wear flip flops constantly when I'm not at work and like to go out in them too. Wouldn't wear Crocs out.

They always seemed like ripoffs of the rubber Birkenstocks that have been around forever. I swear those things were around in the 90's, when Crocs only came into existence in the 2000's.

Tonight, my cheap tourist plastic flip flops broke and am looking to replace with Crocs flip flops even though more expensive. I'm hoping the material will last longer. Just for at home use.

My girlfriend got some to try and is very iffy on them. She had me try some on when I was looking for running shoes, I dont like the feel of them but I can see the appeal especially with the fuzzy lined ones for a nice lounging shoe.

I have these.

As long as you don’t wear them in public they should be fine.

Crocs are definitely NOT cheap. At the biggest mall, the prices on the wall were like $49, $69, etc. Even at Ross or Marshall's it was like $24.99.

I'm thinking I can't be buying this type of plastic/foam slippers since the same super narrow part in between the toes always break as did with my first pair of Crocs. I will try the classic Crocs and maybe cut some bigger holes in the toes area to more closely resemble slippers and since those have more material connecting the top to the soles.

At Ross, I saw Skechers has their own called Foamies, I think. Might try that if I find the right size and price is right.

crocs are so ugly that they end up being cute... its like wearing a pug on each foot.
I saw at the Crocs store, they have tons of these plastic attachments and I guess they are trying to get people to buy them to decorate those holes above the toes. I noticed one of those attachments was the Deadpool logo similar to Spider-Man's logo.
