I have about 9 years of experience with Shotokan Karate, 4 years of Taekwondo training, and about a year of casual boxing training somewhere in the mix, though I have never done a competitive fight. I focused more on kata and less on fighting.
I switched Kyokushin about 6 months ago because a.) full contact fighting seems fun, b.) I hate protective gear, and c.) I don't want CTE.
Please roast my technique but be gentle on my mid-20s receding hairline.
