Lol at the less shitty EDM haha. As a college kid I've grown to love EDM, but more so conventional house and dubstep lol. Was that trance? Never really heard that style before.
Also is it me or would that garage not be able to fit a car? Maybe I'm just too high/delusional right now, I pulled an all nighter studying for a final lol.
In regards to the video, only thing I got to add to the other comments is your body jab looked a little funky, like you just kinda stayed static and jabbed at a 45 degree angle. Should try to bend your knees when you go to the body, but make sure you don't lean forward. What personally helps me is having a set combination list in my head that I wanna use/practice, I find myself focusing on the technique better that way. Also, unless you're working conditioning, taking your time in between combos/strikes helps.
I'm no expert though, just my 2 cents.
Not really sure on the genre of that track, kinda progressive dubstep(?) or something along those lines haha. I've been into all kinds of metal for my teen years but never really associated it with training, I usually just listen to trance or D&B with a solid bass track. I actually heard it in a dubstep compilation by GoingQuantam.
Very good points on the thinking my combinations through, I just sort of went for it as I occasionally gas early (not in standup but in mixed sparring). I think i'll structure my video more rather than just slamming the bag.
Also, for people in the know - is it bad/good to hit the bag with 16oz's?
