Cris Cyborg has signed with UFC says Tweet

Cyborg was taken down by far less better grapplers, I just don't see how she can stuff Ronda's TD.

IF cyborg ever makes 135, gets a fight or 2 in and faces ronda she will lose badly (cyborg i mean). everybody has this opinion that cyborg is this great world-beater. she is a little strong but not a great fighter. i don't care to type anymore, just mark my words.

Dana is expected to be cageside for Invicta tonight...so yes it's extremely likely that Cyborg is either signed already or days away.

A bigger fan would be at Bellator.

Well considering that UFC 184 takes place in Los Angeles, same as the Invicta card and a fighter that the UFC is interested in signing is on that card...I think it makes more sense for someone like Dana to be at Invicta.

I thought it would be obvious I was kidding, I gotta work on my delivery.

Seriously what do you people see in Cyborgs game that would pose any sort of threat to Ronda? Her "close my eyes and swing haymakers" striking technique? Her surprising lack of KO power despite all the chemical assistance? Her grappling which usually results in her being on the wrong end of a full mount?

I think that even Cyborg fans know it...that they're latching on tools onto Cyborg that clearly aren't there. It's just blind hatred for Ronda.

In before Cyborg loses tonight...

fingers crossed. Although I do want to see Ronda-Cyborg, I find it hard to cheer for Cyborg against Tweet, given past drama.

regardless, I still envision this scenario eventually playing out:

Ronda-Cyborg gets made, Cyborg doesn't even try to make weight and comes in heavy, leaving Ronda and UFC facing immense pressure to go through with the fight anyway. The risk to UFC is that a Cyborg win leaves Ronda as a lame duck 'paper champ'. At least if roido makes weight, they have a new champ...but I question whether Cyborg has any intention of permanently moving down in weight, so wtf does she care if the title is up for grabs or not? She wants the big-money fight against Ronda, period.

I don't think this is a far-fetched scenario at all, tbh...

Man her name being Tweet is really messing with my head. I was about to go to twitter to see the confirmation post.

How's the Kool-Aid taste?

You have it backward, it's the cyROID nutlickers who have been drinking Kool Aid whick is just Ronda hatred. Any way you slice it Ronda has a more impressive record with better wins, and not being 'roided to the gills to fight 125lbrs.
