Has anyone tried this supplement for non bulking means i.e martial arts etc?

I have just ordered the omega sports ethyl thunder product which I have read
great reviews and was also wondering if anyone else has tried this product and what dosage?

Just stick to monohydrate.

All these nre versions are just marketing ploys to squeeze more money out of one of the only supplements that works.
