dont know if this counts but this is my idea to create a new gimmick/repackage Cesaro
have him come back as Cesaro, The Professional. Obviously playing up the "professional" nick name hes been given, however
Have him walk around in suits almost constantly, with avators, if your doing video clips make sure its of him eating fine foods, drinking fine wine, or in awesome luxury cars. Have him be a tweener where he just does whatever the thinks is best for himself...or does whatever the person who pays him the most wants him too.
Have him be a bit more serious, playing up his supposed lack of charisma, as he won't need to talk much, but when he does make him play up his intellect and how well he actually can speak, play off the fact that hes so smart he can speak 5 languages. Basically, make him like a high priced mercenary/hitman. When he wrestles, he can keep the awesome strength stuff but also be a bit more mechanical in going for certain body parts or weaknesses. Like say if he goes against Orton, make sure he delibritely targets the shoulders. If he goes up against Rollins, make him specifically target the legs.
If you want to pair him with a manager/a voice piece, its easy. you just have people come looking for Cesaro, who flags them off to his manager and says he only takes bookings through him/her. Could be Paul Heyman again, or a girl that looks vicious but seductive - like when he was with the black haired girl when he was running around as Antonio Cesaro. Cant believe I've forgotten her name, I used to fap big time to that girl
Eventually you can do a story line where a face champion like reigns wins the belt, and the authority start throwing all these guys at him and he runs through them - Rusev, Shaemus, Orton, Wade, Big Slow, and then their left with only one option....to make an offer to Cesaro he can't refuse.
Cesaro eventually gets his place as champion, can then turn on the authority after he has his prize and decides hes doing whats best for himself, not for business or the authority.

for the record, im a huge Cesaro fan, an IWC Neckbeard if you will, if I had my way he wouldn't be injured right now and would be marching forward too his championship reign
