Lobster stuffed crab?

Lobster tail with just a smidge of melted butter FTW !

It's a drag ya can't catch lobsters by fishing for them.
Grandpa said he used his pole at at the beach on 4 occasions,
every single time he came home with the crabs.

Lobster because it has more meat and is easier to eat than crab

What kind of Crab and what kind of Lobster ? Whats better greatly depends on tbat .

Crab -
king Crab is best overall - easy to eat , high qaulity meat and alot of it.

Dungenees - I like the taste better than King legs but not easiest to eat n not a ton of meat like King

Absolute best tasting Crab - back fin of a jumbo blue Crab - NOTHING Crab related tastes as good as the back fin of good fresh Blue Crab from the Chesapeake - down side maybe hardest Crab to eat.

Claws - Stone Crab is greatness- best claws imo by a good amount.

Lobster

Maine - gets all tbe pub and it is THE classic lobster and likely best overall tail and claw combo.

Caribbean - it my favorite for its sweet tail meat but no claws drags it down a little.

Australian- im not biggest fan but some really love it

1. Blue Crab back fin meat - nothing g beats it imo - but ita 1 or 2 bites if its a big crab. ......... but you will seriously WORK for all the other meat in crab to the pount you get frustrated- cut your fingers and bitch about the old bay stinging as it seeps into cuts.
2. Stone crab claws
3. Carribean lobster tail

Sorry to say I don’t remember. But your question is sure getting me to want try both sometime in the near future.

I used to like imitation crab, but stopped buying after the Fukushima radiation disaster since I think the fish used is from Alaska... a bit too close for comfort.

King Crab is heavenly. But so is properly cooked lobster. Lobster claw meat is fabulous.

Snow crab is pretty good but a pain in the ass to eat.

Lobster. They’re similar, but as much as I like crab legs, they’re a bunch of work. I’ll take a lobster tail over crab anytime.

Big fan of prawns too.

Place near me had a really good one but they downsized the prawns. Went from the big ones to tiny ones. You know what they didn't do? Put more of them on there to compensate. Luckily I found a new place.

Love both. I normally prefer lobster because it is less work. But just basing it on the meat, big crab legs would be my pick.
